Nathanael Pekeur is the founder/owner of TruSelf Fitness. The company was started after Nathanael completed three years of Professional Rugby for Western Province Rugby Union.

He then Pursued he’s Personal Training certification and developed his own training program aimed at maximum fat loss and muscle maintenance/building.

The Program covers everything Nathanael has done through the years, namely: Sports Conditioning, Fitness for endurance athletes, Box fit classes, knee, shoulder, ankle and back rehab, functional training, powerlifting, ab/core strengthening as well as flexibility and injury prevention.

Nathanael is also qualified as a Sports Nutritionist so all your Nutritional needs will be covered.
